Organize Customer Data from Databases

I have a large set of customer information stored in a database, and I need it cleaned, structured, and exported into professional-looking spreadsheets so my team can work with it easily. All of the data is already digital—no paper scanning involved—but the current tables are messy, contain duplicates, and use inconsistent field names.
You’ll connect to the database directly (whether it’s MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server—the exact engine can be confirmed once we start) and pull every customer record. From there, I’m expecting:
• One master Excel or CSV file with clear, human-readable headers
• Removal of duplicates and obvious data entry errors
• Consistent formatting for dates, phone numbers, and addresses
• A brief log describing any assumptions or transformations you performed
Accuracy is critical, so please outline how you will validate the export before delivery. If you have questions about table schemas or need read-only credentials, let me know and I’ll arrange access right away.
