Organic K-Pop Instagram Growth

I’m a 15-year-old K-Pop dancer who posts short dance-cover reels on Instagram, and I’m ready to turn my page into a real community. I need someone to take over day-to-day management of the account and scale it—organically—from where it is now to at least 150 K genuine K-Pop followers.

What I’m after
• Platform focus: Instagram only.
• Core content: my K-Pop dance covers; you may repurpose clips into Stories or carousel teasers, but the reels stay centre-stage.
• Engagement goals: strong, authentic interaction—likes, comments, shares and new follows from people who actually care about K-Pop, not random filler accounts.
• Growth approach: no bots, follow-unfollow tricks or paid follower dumps. I want hashtag strategy, reel optimisation, trending-audio timing, micro-influencer collabs, niche K-Pop community outreach
• Target milestone: 150 K followers with healthy reach and engagement rates that prove the audience is real.

Key deliverables
1. Monthly content & hashtag plan aligned with current K-Pop trends.
2. End-to-end reel posting (captions, tags, thumbnails, scheduling).
3. Daily community management—replying to comments, encouraging shares, fostering conversation.
4. Weekly analytics report outlining follower growth, reach, likes, comments, shares and any insights to refine strategy.

Acceptance criteria
• Followers are verifiably interested in K-Pop (check sample of profiles).
• Engagement rate improves or stays above industry average.
• Account reaches 150 K followers using only organic tactics.
