We are seeking an ambitious Content Creator & Social Media Growth Partner to co-scale our AI platform across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
Our product is Hirebot AI (www.hirebotai.in) — an AI copilot tailored for software engineers and tech job seekers preparing for live technical interviews and coding rounds.

Project & Compensation Structure:
• Partnership Model: Compensation is structured around milestone payouts tied directly to performance metrics, customer acquisitions, and revenue generated.

Your Responsibilities:
• Brainstorm and produce 3–5 high-retention vertical videos weekly targeting tech job seekers and developers.
• Craft scroll-stopping hooks and test different content angles (interview anxiety, coding tests, live demos).
• Manage social channels and optimize videos for organic reach and conversion.
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong understanding of short-form video algorithms and audience psychology.
• Track record of generating views and driving organic traffic.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a preference for performance-based earnings over standard one-off fees.
