I have a blank slate and a clear vision for a custom Oregon residence built with Insulated Concrete Forms on the lower floor and Structural Insulated Panels above. I need complete architectural plans—code-compliant, permit-ready, and tailored to the Oregon Residential Specialty Code as well as current energy requirements.
Scope
• Translate my concept notes and site information into fully developed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Integrate ICF and SIPs best-practice detailing, including wall assemblies, roof interface, bracing, and thermal/air-seal strategies.
• Provide window and door schedules, finish specifications, and a concise material list that reflects the hybrid ICF/SIPs structure.
• Deliver files in both PDF (for the county) and editable CAD/REVIT format for any future consultant coordination.
If you hold an Oregon architectural or engineer’s stamp and can seal the drawings, please note that—though I can also coordinate external stamping if needed. I am ready to supply site survey data, zoning information, and my room-by-room wish list on kickoff. Prompt progress updates, clarity on structural assumptions, and attention to energy-efficiency detailing will be the acceptance criteria for each milestone.
Let’s create plans that glide through permitting and set the foundation—literally—for a high-performance, comfortable Oregon home.
