Order Status Numerical Entry

I need help updating a master list of customer orders. Every order already has an ID; what’s missing is the numerical status code that shows where it is in our fulfilment process. You’ll receive clear decoding rules (e.g., 1 = Processing, 2 = Packed, 3 = Shipped, etc.) along with the source file that contains the current status for each order.

The task is straightforward: enter the correct number into the Status column of an Excel or Google Sheets workbook—whichever environment lets you work fastest. Accuracy matters more than speed, but I’d still like the whole batch finished within two days of receiving the file.
