We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Utilities Technical Architect with 9+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities applications, including CC&B, CCS, C2M, and MDM. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical architecture, application development, integration, automation, and operational support experience within utility environments.
The candidate will be responsible for solution design, development leadership, integration architecture, cloud modernization, workflow automation, and managed services support. Experience in utility business process automation, work management integrations, exception management, and operational workflow optimization is highly desirable.
This role serves as an excellent foundation for future specialization in ArcOne-based utility operations and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Solution & Technical Architecture
• Provide technical architecture and solution design for Oracle Utilities applications.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions.
• Define integration architectures between Oracle Utilities applications and enterprise platforms.
• Develop technical standards, design patterns, and governance practices.
• Support application modernization and cloud adoption initiatives.
Oracle Utilities Development & Integration
• Work extensively with Oracle CC&B, CCS, C2M, and MDM platforms.
• Design and develop solutions for Market Transaction Management (MTM).
• Develop and customize Oracle Utilities components using Java, Groovy, SQL, and HQL2SQL.
• Design and implement integrations with external, third-party, and government systems.
• Support CRM, Payment, Billing, Metering, and Customer Operations functions.
• Lead API and web service integration initiatives.
Workflow Automation & Operational Excellence (Enhanced)
• Design and implement workflow automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Support business process orchestration and exception management initiatives.
• Optimize operational processes through automation and queue management.
• Design solutions for work allocation, activity tracking, and case management.
• Identify opportunities for reducing manual processing through intelligent automation.
• Support service-level monitoring and operational performance improvements.
Managed Services & Production Support (Enhanced)
• Provide technical leadership during production support activities.
• Lead root cause analysis and complex issue resolution efforts.
• Support application transition into Managed Services and operational support models.
