Our Oracle E-Business Suite instance and its core databases are straining under heavy loads, and I need an experienced hand to restore peak performance. The assignment centers on performance tuning, specifically:
• Query optimisation – analysing execution plans, AWR/ASH reports and SQL traces to cut response times and CPU usage.
• Index management – auditing existing structures, redesigning or rebuilding where needed, and advising on partitioning or compression if it brings measurable gain.
I will grant full access to the non-production environments first, then schedule controlled moves into production once we agree on the changes. Clear before-and-after metrics are essential; please include a concise report that shows what you changed, why, and the improvement achieved.
A solid background with both Oracle Database and Oracle E-Business Suite is mandatory, and comfort with tools such as SQL*Plus, OEM/Cloud Control, SQL Tuning Advisor and Data Dictionary views will help you work quickly inside our stack. If you have over a decade of Core and Apps DBA experience and can deliver tangible performance gains without disrupting business operations, I’m ready to get started.
