Oracle APEX Workflow App

I need an Oracle APEX application that streamlines one of our internal business processes from start to finish. The focus is a clean, permission-based workflow that automatically routes each new record through a multistep approval cycle. At a minimum the app must:

• Capture data through responsive APEX forms
• Trigger an approval workflow the moment a record is submitted
• Update status, log every decision, and prevent users from skipping steps

When an approver acts, the system should move the item to the next stage, send the correct email or in-app notification, and maintain an audit trail we can export to CSV or view in a dashboard.

I will provide table definitions and sample data; you’ll translate that into APEX pages, processes, and any PL/SQL packages required. The UI should follow APEX Universal Theme so we can extend it later without a redesign.

Acceptance criteria
• End-to-end approval path works for at least three sequential roles
• All workflow logic lives inside APEX/PL-SQL, no external tools
• Full export of the application plus a short hand-off guide
