Optisigns Kiosk Maintenance Support

I rely on Optisigns to power several in-store kiosks and, until recently, everything ran smoothly. Now the Facebook feed widget refuses to appear while the rest of the playlist plays fine. I need someone who has already spent time inside the Optisigns dashboard and knows its quirks to jump in quickly, track down the cause, and restore the feed.

While you are in the system, I would also like help tidying up the content library, adjusting playlists, and refreshing the current layout so the screens look sharper and stay on brand.

Deliverables
• Facebook feed displays correctly on all kiosks
• Playlists and schedules reviewed and updated for reliability
• Revised template or design tweaks applied (I will supply brand assets)
• Brief handover note summarising what was fixed and how to keep things running

You will receive remote access to the Optisigns account along with any graphics, brand colours, and copy needed for the design updates.
