Optimizing nutriEffect's TikTok Shop

already have my TikTok Shop mostly set up for my brand nutriEffect, but I need an experienced TikTok Shop specialist to finish, correct and fully optimize the remaining setup.
Most of my products are already approved and active, so I do not need a complete new shop setup or ongoing marketing/ads management. I am looking for a one-time project to leave the TikTok Shop completely finished, professionally optimized and ready to sell.
1. Existing products
Please keep my currently approved TikTok Shop products active. I do not want unnecessary changes that could create new approval or compliance problems.
2. Weight Loss / Diet Tea
My tea is approved again, but unfortunately the current product title is simply “Herbal Tea.”
This is much too generic and does not properly represent my product. There are thousands of herbal teas, so customers looking specifically for a diet tea / diet booster tea / weight-management type of tea are unlikely to find my product organically with such a generic title.
My product is a Diet Booster / Weight Loss Tea, and I need you to find the strongest possible TikTok-compliant title, description and keywords that properly position the product while keeping the listing approved.
I do not want to go through another rejection, so compliance is very important.
3. Vitamin D3 + K2
My Vitamin D3 + K2 product is already manufactured and is currently on the way to Amazon FBA.
I need this product added correctly to TikTok Shop, optimized and submitted for approval so that it will be ready to sell when the Amazon inventory becomes available.
4. Ashwagandha
My Ashwagandha product is currently under production and should be available next month.
I would like the TikTok Shop listing prepared correctly and optimized so that we can have it ready for launch when the product and inventory are available.
5. Shopify connection
I already deleted/removed the TikTok app from my Shopify store because I no longer want Shopify controlling or synchronizing my TikTok Shop.
However, I do not know whether TikTok Shop and Shopify may still have some remaining connection or authorization.
Please check this and make sure Shopify is completely disconnected from TikTok Shop, without deleting, changing or damaging my existing approved TikTok Shop listings.
i am worry specially here, because I had changed a pic in my shopify store from the diet tea and did not know that would affect my tik tok listing and that is why was rejected, now is only under basic name herbal tea which does not fix the problem I need it to have it with a seo and compliance name that ranks for showers! so I do not know if we can still leave it like with shopify or not, actually my orders from shopify are under MCF fulfillment by amazon! so my shopify store is al ready connected with amazon! so maybe that is better because tik tok orders come to shopify and will be automatically fulfilled?

6. Amazon FBA / Amazon MCF fulfillment
I want my TikTok Shop orders to be fulfilled using my existing Amazon FBA inventory through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
I need you to correctly configure:
TikTok Shop → Amazon MCF/FBA fulfillment
Correct SKU mapping for every product
Inventory synchronization
TikTok orders automatically sent for Amazon fulfillment- NOT AMAZON BECOME THE PAYMENT, AMAZON ONLY FULFILLED THE ORDERS.

Tracking information returned correctly to TikTok Shop
Correct fulfillment/warehouse configuration
Final testing to make sure everything works correctly
7. Product creatives
I already have professional product creatives/images for all of my products that I use on Amazon.
I can provide all of these files to you.
I would prefer to use my existing professional creatives rather than create everything again from zero. Please review them and use/adapt the appropriate images for TikTok Shop wherever they meet TikTok requirements. If no has to be done.
The presentation of all products should be consistent with the nutriEffect brand style.
8. TikTok Shop storefront / branding
I also want the actual TikTok Shop storefront to look professional and consistent with our brand.
The store should use our:
nutriEffect logo
Existing brand identity
Product images and creatives
Consistent visual style
Appropriate product organization/categories
Professional storefront presentation
I want customers who visit our TikTok Shop to immediately recognize that all of the products belong to the same professional nutriEffect brand.
9. SEO / Organic Ranking
This is very important to me.
I do not want the products simply uploaded. I want the entire shop and each product listing optimized as much as possible for TikTok Shop organic search and product discovery.
Please research and optimize:
Product titles
Relevant search keywords
Product descriptions
Categories
Product attributes
Search terms
Product positioning
Organic discoverability
The goal is to give every product the best possible opportunity to rank organically for relevant buyer searches, while staying fully compliant with TikTok Shop policies.
For example, my tea should not be left with a title like simply “Herbal Tea” if there is a compliant way to use more relevant keywords that actually describe what customers are searching for.
10. Amazon Product Reviews
I have established products on Amazon with existing customer reviews.
I understand that TikTok Shop may allow certain verified external product reviews to be imported through approved review integrations.
Please check whether my verified Amazon product reviews can be imported into TikTok Shop through a TikTok-supported and compliant method.
If this is possible, I would like to take advantage of it.
I was especially interested in using reviews rated 3 stars and above, but ONLY if TikTok officially permits filtering reviews in this way. I do not want anything done that could be considered review manipulation or create a policy problem for my account.
Please tell me what is actually permitted before doing this.
11. Final shop audit
When everything is completed, I would like you to perform a full final audit of the TikTok Shop and leave everything as complete and optimized as possible:
Products

Store design
Brand presentation
Product approvals
Amazon MCF fulfillment
SKU mapping

I am looking for someone who can finish the entire shop properly, rather than only fixing one individual issue.
Before I place an order, could you please confirm:
Have you personally connected TikTok Shop with Amazon FBA/MCF before? or as I have al ready MCF amazon in my shopify do you advice we use that figure instead? also the products were imported from Shopify store al ready , what is the best? and cause less future problems?
the tik tok is al ready brand approved and 90 %products there al ready I just have 6
products

OR Can you verify/remove any remaining Shopify synchronization without affecting my approved listings?
What would be your fixed price for completing this entire project?
