Optimizing Facebook/Meta Ad Campaign

### Freelancer Required – Meta Lead Ad Final Setup

We are looking for a freelancer who can **finalize and optimize an existing Facebook/Meta Ads setup** for **Moonlight Placement Services**.

Most of the work is already completed. We only need someone to review the setup, make the necessary corrections, and launch the campaign properly.

**Work Required:**
- Review existing Meta Ads campaign
- Check Campaign → Ad Set → Ad setup
- Set up/review the **Instant Lead Form**
- Optimize the form for quality telesales candidates
- Add relevant screening questions
- Check targeting, placements and optimization settings
- Review ad copy/creative
- Make sure leads are being captured correctly
- Finalize and publish the campaign

**Campaign:** Telesales Recruitment
**Location:** Mumbai
**Platform:** Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads)

**Budget for Freelancer:** ₹200 fixed

Most of the work is already done, so this is a **small finalization and optimization task**, not a complete campaign-building project.
