Tea Brand Website — Speed, Modern Design & Full Admin Control

I run a tea brand. My website was AI-generated. It works but loads slowly and looks dated. Full codebase and data files ready — shared via Git after kickoff.

Goals:

1. Speed: Sub-2-second first paint on 4G. Lighthouse score 90+ on desktop and mobile.
2. Design: Modern layout refresh. Keep existing colors and fonts.
3. Admin Panel: I must be able to edit EVERYTHING myself — fonts, line spacing, text, images, image placement, add new pages, menus, SEO fields. No designer needed for small changes.
4. SEO: Strong on-page SEO. Target keywords: Tea, Kangra Tea, Himalayan Tea, Green Tea. Schema markup, sitemap, meta tags.
5. Social Integration: Link website to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, Pinterest, X. Add share buttons and auto-post capability.

Scope:

· Audit HTML, CSS, JS for slow assets
· Minify, lazy-load, compress images, use CDN
· Rebuild templates for modern layout (keep all content)
· Build full admin panel
· Test on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge + mobile/tablet

Acceptance Criteria:

· Pages load under 2s on 4G (GTmetrix/WebPageTest)
· Lighthouse ≥ 90 desktop + mobile
· No new errors
· Admin panel works without code
· All social links functional

Deliverables: Updated code, admin panel, documentation, 30-day bug support.
