Optimize Project User Experience

The project is already scoped around one clear goal: noticeably improving the overall user experience of our digital product. I have the strategic direction in place but need practical expertise to see the plan through—from refining journey maps and interactions to validating results with real users and analytics.

Here’s what success looks like on my end:
• A concise UX audit that highlights friction points and quick-win fixes.
• Updated wireframes or prototypes that demonstrate the new flow.
• Implementation support or hand-off specs my dev team can build against.
• A short findings deck that compares key metrics before vs. after launch.

Any modern UX toolset you’re comfortable with—Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar—is fine, as long as file sharing stays organized and feedback cycles remain quick. Regular check-ins keep us aligned; asynchronous updates work well for me, too.

Once the deliverables above are complete and validated, I’ll sign off and close out the project. If everything clicks, there’s room to expand the collaboration into future iterations.
