Optimize E-Commerce Inventory Operations

I run a growing online retail business and our biggest pain point right now is keeping order and inventory processes running smoothly as sales climb. I need someone who can step in, look at the current workflows that sit between our storefronts, warehouse, and carriers, and rebuild them so stock counts update in real time, orders move from “paid” to “shipped” without back-and-forth, and replenishment triggers before we run dry.

Day to day you might be mapping data flows between Shopify, Amazon, and our lightweight ERP, tightening up pick-pack-ship procedures, or configuring automated reorder rules. Whatever the tactic, the goal is the same: faster fulfilment and rock-solid stock accuracy across every channel.

Deliverables I expect
