Optimize Community Websites With WordPress

Website update overview
We need to complete a one-time rollout of the remaining community pages across three websites by applying the finished template from an already updated page. The work will be completed in WordPress and Elementor, with training provided on the process.
Work to complete
Apply the established template from updated community pages to community pages that have not yet been updated.
Copy and paste page elements in WordPress and Elementor.
Duplicate Hot Sheets where needed.
Update each page using the content already provided.
Access and onboarding
Note
The three website URLs will be provided once a contract is agreed. Training on the update process and the existing backup and rollback process will be provided before work begins.

Engagement
This is a fixed-term, one-time rollout that will continue until all remaining community pages are updated. The work is expected to be a long project, with page allocation determined as the rollout progresses. The selected contributor should be ready to start on October 5, 2026; developer-led training can be scheduled from the following week.
Note
Multiple people will be working on the rollout. This brief covers one contributor's work on the shared effort.
