I need a secure, web-based application that streamlines every key workflow in my optics practice. The core of the platform is an electronic patient record that stores medical history, insurance information, and prescription records in one place, searchable at any time from any modern browser.
A dual-mode recall engine must be built in: it should send automated SMS and email reminders while still allowing staff to step in and schedule manual follow-ups whenever needed. The same messaging layer will power day-to-day email and text communication with patients.
To keep the team organised, the system also requires an integrated to-do list where tasks can be created, assigned, and tracked through completion.
Deliverables
• Responsive web interface with role-based access
• Database and API for patient data (medical history, insurance, prescriptions)
• Automated + manual recall scheduler tied to SMS/email gateways
• Dashboard-style to-do list with real-time updates
• Setup guide and clean, commented source code ready for deployment
