Prediction Market Operations Specialist – English & Spanish
Our prediction platform is an upcoming prediction market platform where users can participate in prediction markets across a variety of categories, while approved creators and influencers can also create and promote their own markets.
As we prepare for launch, we are looking for a versatile Prediction Market Operations Specialist / Platform Operations Manager to assist with the day-to-day management and growth of the platform.
Main Responsibilities
The selected person will be responsible for tasks including:
Creating and publishing prediction markets on the Prediqo platform.
Researching interesting, relevant and trending topics that can be converted into prediction markets.
Reviewing and approving markets submitted by creators/influencers.
Checking market questions, outcomes, closing dates and resolution criteria before approval.
Ensuring markets are clear, understandable and capable of being objectively resolved.
Monitoring active markets and identifying markets that require updates or attention.
Resolving/settling markets once the relevant outcome has been confirmed.
Working with our creator/influencer network and assisting creators with their markets.
Identifying potentially problematic, unclear, duplicate or inappropriate markets.
Monitoring competitors and other prediction platforms to identify popular markets, categories and trends.
Supporting the management team with general platform operations.
Reporting bugs, user issues and operational problems to the development team.
Assisting with testing new features and platform updates.
Helping improve internal procedures for market creation, approval and resolution.
Supporting other areas of the business when required, including creator operations, customer support, research and general platform administration.
Language Requirements
Required:
Fluent English
Fluent Spanish
Strong advantage:
Portuguese
The ability to communicate comfortably with users and creators across Latin America is particularly important.
Experience
We are looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following areas:
Prediction markets
Sports betting / sportsbook operations
Trading or financial markets
Online gaming / iGaming
Betting market creation or settlement
Crypto platforms
Exchange or trading platforms
Content/community operations for an online platform
Previous direct experience with platforms such as Polymarket, Kalshi or similar prediction/betting platforms would be a major advantage.
What We Are Looking For
This is not intended to be a narrow data-entry position.
We want someone versatile, reliable and proactive who can become involved in different parts of Prediqo as the platform grows.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable researching markets independently, making operational decisions, communicating with creators, identifying problems and suggesting improvements rather than waiting for instructions for every task.
Attention to detail is extremely important because market wording, settlement conditions and outcomes directly affect users.
Long-Term Opportunity
We are currently preparing Prediqo for its initial launch and expect the responsibilities of this position to grow alongside the platform.
For the right person, this can develop into a broader Platform Operations / Prediction Market Manager position with increased responsibility for market operations, creator management and general platform operations.
