Our brand is hosting an opening ceremony and I want the occasion captured in a way that feels cinematic yet relaxed, with a light-hearted, casual vibe running through every frame. The assignment covers both video and still photography from start to finish: filming key moments, snapping candid interactions, then editing everything into a polished package that feels fun rather than formal.
You’ll be on-site for the full event to record speeches, ribbon-cutting, guest reactions, décor details, and any spontaneous highlights. Afterward, I need the footage edited into a short cinematic recap that flows smoothly, plus a set of colour-graded, high-resolution photos ready for social media and press use. Clean audio, steady visuals (gimbal or similar), and at least 1080p—ideally 4K—quality are expected.
Deliverables
• 3-5 minute highlight films with simple titles and background music (licensed or royalty-free)
• All usable raw clips neatly organised
• 30+ retouched photographs in JPEG and RAW
Please confirm your camera kit, sample work that shows a casual-fun style, and estimated turnaround time for the final edits.
