I’m looking for an experienced RPA and IT automation specialist to help me select, install, and configure a free, open-source automation solution for my daily IT operations.
The software must be free and open-source; I will pay for your consulting, setup, development, and training services. Please disclose any hosting costs, paid dependencies, or licensing restrictions before starting.
Scope of work:
Review my daily IT processes and identify repetitive tasks suitable for automation.
Recommend the most suitable tools based on my requirements, with no mandatory paid subscriptions.
Install and configure the solution in my environment.
Develop and test agreed workflows, potentially including browser tasks, email handling, Excel/CSV processing, file management, scheduled reports, backups, and notifications.
Configure scheduling, logging, error handling, and failure alerts.
Keep credentials secure and obtain approval before making changes to production systems.
Provide all source code, configuration files, documentation, and a handover/training session so I can manage the solution independently.
I want to start with an assessment and a small pilot, then expand to additional daily operations through agreed milestones.
