Open Call for Consultants – Health Policy Advocacy and Communications

Working across our portfolio PATH's Center for Advocacy & Policy turns evidence into policy adoption and sustainable financing. We partner with governments, regional bodies, and multilateral institutions to strengthen the evidence, relationships, and policy processes that inform decisions on budgets, regulation, and health system priorities helping accelerate access to proven health innovations. As our portfolio grows across sub-Saharan Africa, donor capitals, and multilateral forums, we are building a roster of experienced consultants and specialist organizations to provide surge capacity for defined, time-bound assignments.

Development of advocacy tools including policy briefs, positioning papers, technical reports, and presentations

Facilitation and convening — designing and running iterative collaborative processes with diverse actors (government officials, donors, civil society, researchers); managing group dynamics across power asymmetries
