OPC Annual Return Filing Assistance

My One Person Company is due for its annual statutory filings and I want the whole process handled end-to-end this year. The scope covers three things: preparing the finalized financial statements, completing and e-filing the annual return with the Registrar of Companies, and running a quick compliance check so I know we have met every OPC requirement before submission.

At the moment I am not certain whether the underlying ledgers and schedules are presentation-ready, so alongside the core filing work I may need you to review what exists, identify any gaps, and draft what is missing. If everything is already in order, we can move straight to MCA e-forms (AOC-4 and MGT-7A) and their attachments.

I will share whatever books of accounts, bank statements, and invoices are available as soon as we start. Please let me know your typical timeline for:
• reviewing the records,
• preparing the final financial statements, and
• uploading the return and obtaining the acknowledgement.

Experience with OPC filings, MCA portal, and Companies Act compliance is essential.
