Your Responsibilities
As a Veteran Family Benefits Advisor, you will:
Conduct virtual appointments with members via Zoom and phone
Welcome and onboard new clients with professionalism and care
Educate families on supplemental life and health benefit options
Develop personalized recommendations based on each client's needs and goals
Answer questions and provide ongoing policy support
Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
Maintain accurate digital records while adhering to company policies and state regulations
Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
