Online Text Data Entry

A series of typed documents hosted online—mostly blog posts and support-centre articles—need to be transferred accurately into a clean, uniform file. The job is strictly text data entry: open each page, capture all visible text (headings, body, call-outs), strip any unwanted formatting, and paste it into the destination file I’ll provide at kickoff.

Accuracy is critical: spelling, punctuation, and paragraph breaks must match the source. Consistent formatting (heading levels, bullet indents, hyperlinks preserved) is expected so the final document is immediately usable.

Deliverables
• Completed file containing every assigned article, formatted as instructed
• Brief completion note confirming word count and any anomalies found

If you already work comfortably with Word, Google Docs, or similar editors and can keep a steady pace without sacrificing precision, the assignment should be straightforward.
