Online Teacher Onboarding Assistant

I run an English-learning portal and need a part-time assistant who can take new teachers from “I just signed up” to “I’m ready to teach” smoothly and confidently. You’ll be my front-line guide, working entirely by email, to:

• walk each teacher through account creation and first login
• answer their policy, lesson, and tool questions clearly and promptly
• review their IDs, certificates, and demo videos, then track every onboarding milestone
• jump into the portal to update their profile fields and mark each step complete so our reports stay accurate

We already have templates, a checklist in the LMS, and a shared inbox; I’ll provide an orientation and FAQs so you can hit the ground running. Reliability, friendly written communication, and an eagle eye for detail are a must, as is the confidence to make minor profile edits inside the system without breaking anything.
