I have a batch of survey responses coming in through online forms and I need every answer transferred accurately into a single Excel spreadsheet. Nothing fancy—just clean, well-organized data that mirrors the questions and answer options exactly as they appear on the form.
The spreadsheet should be ready for basic analysis: one row per respondent, clearly labeled columns, no duplicate entries, and consistent formatting for dates and multiple-choice selections.
Deliverables:
• Completed Excel file with all survey responses
• A brief note highlighting any incomplete or suspicious entries you spotted during the transfer
