Online Survey Creation & Deployment

I have a survey that I need taken fully online. The key requirement is that every response is captured and stored in an easily accessible online record. I am happy for you to use Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, or any other comparable platform you feel will give us clean data and a straightforward dashboard for reviewing results.

Here’s what I’m looking for from you:
• Build the survey inside your chosen platform (I’ll provide the final list of questions, or you can help refine them if you have research experience).
• Configure logic, required fields, and branding so it looks professional.
• Generate and share the public link.
• Monitor response quality and keep the form live until we hit the target sample size.
• Export the results to Excel or Google Sheets and hand over the raw file plus any platform-specific analytics.
