I am looking for a talented and experienced web developer (or agency) to build a modern, fully digital "Gestoría Online" (Online Administrative Agency) for my wife.
The business is based in Mojácar (Almería, Spain), targeting both locals and the large expatriate/foreign community. The website must be professional, highly secure, and built entirely for online operations without a physical office. Customers should be able to complete their requests, upload documents, and pay for services fully online.

Key Services to Feature:

• Traffic & Vehicles (Primary Focus): Vehicle ownership transfers (compraventas), vehicle registrations, driving license renewals, and traffic traffic-related paperwork.
• Property & Sales: Property purchase/sale paperwork and contracts.
• Inheritances: Spanish inheritance paperwork and tax forms.
• Powers of Attorney: Arrangements for all types of legal powers of attorney.
• General Bureaucracy: Resident certificates, NIE numbers, and digital certificates.

Core Website Requirements:

1. Fully Online Workflow: A user-friendly system where clients can select a service, fill out a dynamic intake form, and securely upload required documents (PDFs, IDs, signatures).
2. Online Payment Gateway: Integrated payment processing (Stripe, PayPal, and Bizum are essential for the Spanish market) so clients pay upfront before the service begins.
3. Client Dashboard (Optional but Preferred): A simple, secure area where clients can track the status of their paperwork and download their completed documents.
4. Admin Panel / Backend: An easy-to-use backend for my wife to manage incoming orders, download client documents, update order statuses, and send notifications.
