Full-Stack Developer Needed — SkillMight Platform

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer or small development team to build SkillMight, a modern web platform combining skill acquisition, courses, Gigs, tasks, rewards, quizzes, games, Lucky Draw and multiple earning features.

This is not a basic website/WordPress project. We need someone capable of building the complete system: frontend, backend, database, business logic, wallets, rewards, user management, APIs, admin panel and security.

A detailed functional specification PDF will be provided.

PUBLIC WEBSITE

The website must be modern, professional and fully responsive.

The homepage should primarily present SkillMight as a skill-acquisition platform, with SkillUp, Courses, Gigs and educational content as the main focus.

However, earning features can also be showcased.

The admin must have ON/OFF controls for homepage sections. Turning earning showcases OFF should allow the homepage to return to a primarily educational/skill-acquisition presentation.

Top SkillMight Earners will display up to 30 users, with special presentation for positions 1–3. This public section must also have an admin ON/OFF switch.

PACKAGES

There will be 2 registration packages.

The lower package has fewer features; the higher package provides additional/full access. Users can upgrade from lower to higher.

Each package must have its own configurable:

- Registration bonus
- Earning amounts
- Task rewards
- Quiz rewards
- Game rewards
- Referral rewards
- Other bonuses
- Feature access

These values must be controlled from the backend, not hard-coded.

ACTIVATION CODES

The backend requires 4 separate code-generation modules:

1. Package 1 registration
2. Package 2 registration
3. Upgrade: lower → higher
4. Game activation

Codes must be unique, trackable and manageable by administrators.

USER INFORMATION

Profile

Users enter required personal information and profile picture. Once saved, it becomes locked. Only an admin can change it.

Social Media

Users can connect supported social accounts. Once saved, they cannot edit/replace them without admin intervention.

Bank Details

Automated bank setup/validation where possible. Once saved, bank details are locked and only an admin can change them.

EARNING FEATURES

Click to Earn / Blogs

Users perform configured activities such as viewing, commenting or sharing eligible content and receive the configured reward after validation.

Post to Earn

Users share approved posts/content through supported platforms. Verified completion generates the configured reward.

Tasks

A central task section containing task-based earning activities. Admin controls task instructions, rewards, limits, timers, availability and verification.

YouTube

Users watch eligible videos for a backend-defined required duration/completion condition before receiving a reward.

Music

Users stream eligible music/audio and receive rewards after completing the configured requirement.

Games

Games require a game activation code. Once activated, users play within a configured timer. Winning results generate the applicable reward.

Lucky Draw

Wheel-based Lucky Draw. The result must be determined and recorded server-side, with winnings credited to the appropriate wallet.

QQuiz2Cash

Timed quizzes with configurable questions, answers, timers, eligibility and rewards. Results and rewards must be controlled server-side.

SkillUp

Courses containing videos, PDFs and other educational materials.

GIG

Gigs and associated instructional/educational materials.

Links

Affiliate/partner links and related information managed through the backend.

WALLET & REWARD SYSTEM

The platform requires a proper wallet/ledger system.

Every earning must create a traceable record showing relevant information such as earning type, amount, wallet, date/time, reference and status.

The backend must be the source of truth for balances and rewards.

The system must prevent duplicate rewards and unauthorized balance manipulation.

Currency Display

Users can change the display currency without changing the underlying balance.

Currencies should include NGN, Ghanaian currency, CAD, USD, South African currency and another configurable currency.

Rates must come from a reliable source.

WITHDRAWALS

Users select the wallet to withdraw from.

Withdrawal categories:

- Profit Share
- Game Earnings
- QQuiz2Cash
- Tasks Earnings

Admin controls withdrawal availability, opening/closing periods, minimum amounts and eligibility rules.

Before withdrawal, the system must validate the user's profile, bank details, wallet balance and all configured requirements.

Withdrawal Receipt

Every withdrawal request must generate a receipt/reference record.

It should contain relevant user, wallet, withdrawal type, amount, currency, payment details, date/time and status information.

Status examples:

Pending → Approved → Processing → Paid

or

Pending → Rejected

Rejected withdrawals remain in the user's history with the rejection reason where applicable.

ADMIN BACKEND

The backend must allow administrators to manage the entire platform without developer assistance for normal changes.

Admin controls should include:

Administrators should be able to edit reward amounts, links, task content, timers, courses, videos, PDFs, music, quizzes, games, withdrawal rules and feature visibility without changing code.

SECURITY & RELIABILITY

This platform handles user earnings, so security and data integrity are critical.

The developer must implement appropriate authentication, authorization, password security, validation, API/database security, rate limiting, abuse prevention, duplicate-action prevention and transaction records.

Critical decisions such as balances, rewards, quiz results, game results, Lucky Draw results, activation codes and withdrawal eligibility must be controlled server-side, never by the frontend.
