Online Relationship Counseling Sessions

I’m ready to begin private, one-to-one relationship work as soon as possible and would like to meet a qualified counsellor or coach who can help me tackle three core areas: communication issues, conflict resolution and emotional disconnection.

My preference is to meet over video call, starting with a 30-minute introductory chat so we can explore your approach, set expectations and confirm we’re a good fit before scheduling regular sessions.

• The framework or techniques you typically draw on (e.g., Gottman, CBT, solution-focused, etc.)
