I need a seasoned recruiter to jump in quickly and run the entire hiring cycle for several management-level positions within a real-estate company. Your core mission is to find leaders who already have solid, hands-on property-management expertise and can start adding value from day one.

Here’s how I picture the collaboration:

• Sourcing: Identify high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn, industry boards, and your own network, filtering hard for proven property-management track records.
• Screening & interviewing: Conduct first-round video interviews, probe for strategic thinking and people-leadership skills, and provide concise interview notes.
• Shortlisting: Present a curated list of the top three to five prospects for each role, complete with salary expectations and availability.
• Coordination: Handle all scheduling and follow-ups so that my calendar only contains qualified finalists ready for leadership discussions.
