Job Title: Marketing Assistant – Online Sofa Sales & E-Commerce Operations
Job Type: Part-time / Ongoing
Work Hours: 4 hours/day, 5 days/week (flexible hours)

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Marketing Assistant to help grow our sofa business online. You will be responsible for managing our online storefronts, operating our website, conducting market research, and supporting overall sales and marketing efforts. This is a long-term part-time position with the potential to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings on online sales platforms (e.g., our website, marketplaces, and social commerce channels)
Assist with daily website operations, including content updates, product descriptions, and basic SEO optimization
Conduct market research on competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences in the furniture/sofa industry
Create and schedule promotional content for social media and other online channels
Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads in a timely manner
Track and report on key performance metrics (traffic, conversions, inquiries)
Perform other marketing and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Fluent in English (written and spoken) – communication is primarily in English
Familiar with basic e-commerce and online marketing operations
Comfortable using website backends, social media platforms, and common office tools
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must have a personal computer and smartphone with stable internet access
Experience in furniture/home goods sales is a plus, but not required
Working Arrangement
4 hours per day, 5 days per week (you may choose your working hours within reason)
A daily work report is required summarizing tasks completed, progress, and next-day plans
Work is fully remote
Compensation
Paid weekly based on agreed rate
