I’m running a PvP server with an item upgrade system that I developed myself. The system uses an Anvil mechanic for upgrading items, where an item can either successfully upgrade or burn/fail.
What I want is a separate program that can determine the outcome of an upgrade before I actually use the Anvil — basically, I want to know in advance whether the item will succeed or fail.
I can provide the source code of the Anvil and item upgrade system, including the relevant upgrade, success/failure, and randomization logic. By analyzing the source code, the goal would be to understand how the result is determined and create a program that can predict the outcome before the upgrade is performed.
This is for a system on my own PvP server, and I have authorization to use and modify the source code.
