Online Form Text Data Entry

I need every text field from a set of client-submitted online forms copied into a single master spreadsheet. The job is straightforward: open each form in the portal I provide, transpose the text exactly as shown, and keep one form per row with consistent column headings. No numbers to crunch or categories to create—just precise transcription of names, addresses, notes, and similar content.

You will receive login credentials plus a quick field-mapping guide. Accuracy and confidentiality are critical because the file will feed directly into our CRM. I’m happy with Google Sheets or Excel, whichever lets you work fastest.

Deliverables
• Complete spreadsheet containing 100 % of text data from all online forms
• Brief note listing any unclear or missing entries

I’ll consider the task finished when every form’s text is present, spelling is preserved, and no required field is left blank.
