I have 1-50 web-based forms that need to be completed accurately and submitted through the provided portal. Each form contains standard text fields, a few drop-downs, and an optional file-upload section; no spreadsheet work or PDF conversions are involved—this task is strictly online form filling.

You will receive:
• A login to the portal
• A set of source documents or links that provide the information to copy-paste or type into each field
• A short set of formatting rules (date format, capitalization, etc.)

What I expect from you:
• All forms filled out with 100 % accuracy and correct formatting
• Screenshots or a simple completion log as proof of submission
