I need a browser-based betting website that also gives me the management tools normally found in a business dashboard. The whole application must be delivered as a modern, responsive web app so it performs smoothly on desktop and mobile screens alike.

Core scope
– Public-facing betting portal: user registration, KYC flow, secure wallet, real-time odds display, ticket creation, live-bet tracking, and payout confirmation.
– Back-office dashboard: consolidated view of turnover, profit/loss, active wagers, customer profiles, and automated reports exportable to CSV/PDF.
– Administration tools: role-based access, manual bet settlement override, odds configuration, and a notification center for system alerts.
– Payment integration: at least two mainstream gateways plus manual deposit/withdraw options, all logged in the ledger.
– Security & compliance: HTTPS everywhere, hashed credentials, audit logs, and a clear structure that allows the addition of local gaming-authority requirements.

Acceptance criteria
1. All critical user journeys (sign-up, deposit, place bet, withdraw) must complete in under five clicks.
2. Real-time odds refresh without page reload, latency under 2 seconds.
3. Admin reports reconcile 1:1 with transaction records.
4. Source code passes an independent static-analysis scan with no high-severity findings.
5. Deployed demo on my chosen VPS for final review before hand-over of code, schema, and build scripts.

Feel free to recommend the stack you are most efficient with (Node/React, Laravel/Vue, Django, etc.) as long as it meets the above criteria and can scale horizontally later. I’m happy to clarify any rule-specific edge cases once you’ve reviewed the outline.
