Ongoing Wedding Photo Editing

I am looking for a reliable editor to handle our wedding workflow on a long-term basis. For every event I will upload roughly 4,000–5,000 RAW files; from these I need about 800 images culled, colour-corrected, and ready to deliver within 3–5 days.

My couples expect a natural, true-to-life look (exact style of each wedding will be given in advance), so your grading should keep skin tones accurate while giving the gallery a clean, timeless feel. I work in Lightroom Classic and Photoshop, so please plan to use the same tools (or fully compatible alternatives) for consistency.

Basic tasks
• Cull to the strongest 800 frames
• Global colour correction matching the reference preset I will provide
• Light retouching only where it adds real value—removing obvious distractions in the background or giving skin a gentle polish on close-ups

Deliverables per wedding
• 800 high-resolution JPEGs, ready for client delivery
• The corresponding Lightroom catalog (or XMPs) so I can review your adjustments if needed

Turnaround: 3–5 calendar days from the moment the RAW files land in your drive.
Payment: one fixed price per wedding—please quote your rate when you reply and include a link to a recent wedding gallery that showcases similar, true-to-life colour work.
