Ongoing Video Editing for Personal Brand

I'm looking for a video editor to work with me on an ongoing basis for my personal brand.

The main work will be editing short-form vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

Most videos will be 30–90 seconds long.

I'm looking for someone with good judgment when it comes to:

- Cutting and pacing
- Subtitles
- Simple zooms and movement
- Music and sound effects
- Adding images, videos, memes or screenshots when they actually add value
- Removing unnecessary parts to improve retention
- Keeping the overall editing style clean, natural and professional

I do not want overly edited videos or content filled with unnecessary effects.

I will normally provide:
- Raw footage
- The idea or script
- References when necessary

Initial workload:
12–16 videos per month.

I'm looking for someone interested in a long-term working relationship.
