- Deliverables defined per project, with clear acceptance criteria
- Milestones agreed upfront before work begins
- Revisions handled within the agreed scope

Requirements:
- Professional experience in IT / software development
- Ability to work from a written spec and meet deadlines
- Reliable communication and availability for check-ins
- Able to work independently with minimal hand-holding

Preferred Skills:
Web Development, Python, Automation, API Integration, JavaScript, WordPress
