Ongoing Podcast Editing & Distribution

I have just stepped into the world of podcasting and need a reliable partner who can take the technical side off my plate. Each week I’ll record a 20-45 minute episode (the pilot is 9 minutes) and drop the raw file into my Descript workspace. From there, I need you to:

• Open the session in Descript, remove background noise and those inevitable “um” and “ah” moments, then level the audio so it sounds consistent throughout.
.Use Descript to draft episode notes.
• Add a short, calm and soothing music bed for both the intro and outro, blended cleanly with a brief voice-over that I’ll supply.
• Export the final mix as a high-quality MP3 (and WAV if you prefer for archiving) and update the transcript inside Descript for accuracy.
• You will also have full access to my Buzzsprout account to Publish the episode to Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Google Podcasts, filling in the title, summary and artwork exactly as provided and scheduling it for the agreed release day each week.

I’ll grant you full access to my Descript account plus the Buzzsprout hosting dashboard I use for distribution. Turnaround time: 24 hours after I upload the raw audio.
I also would expect you to advise me if you feel something could be done in a different or better way.
