Ongoing PDF Data Entry

I regularly receive batches of PDF files that must be re-typed with every heading, paragraph break, bold, italic, and alignment kept exactly as in the original. Accuracy and consistency matter more than sheer speed, yet I do need a dependable turnaround each week so the flow of documents never stalls.

You may use any combination of Adobe Acrobat, OCR, or straight manual typing, as long as the final Word file mirrors the source layout and font treatments. I will spot-check every submission, so an eye for detail and solid proof-reading are essential.

Acceptance criteria for each batch:
• A clean Word document that visually matches the PDF page by page.
• No spelling or punctuation errors introduced during re-typing.
• Delivered by the mutually agreed deadline (typically 24-48 hrs after assignment).
