I run a live Next.js site and I’d like to bring on a reliable developer who can stay with me month-to-month. Your job is end-to-end: keep what is already online stable, design and ship new user profile pages whenever I request them, and adjust the database architecture so each new feature fits smoothly into production.
Here’s what the collaboration will look like:
• Monthly cadence, capped at roughly a USD 50 retainer.
• You tackle both front-end (React / Next.js, Tailwind or similar) and back-end work (API routes, schema updates, deployment tweaks).
• When I ask for a new user profile flow—say an extra tab, a fresh settings section, or improved data retrieval—you’ll spec it out, build, test, and push it live.
• Code should stay clean and version-controlled (GitHub). Hotfixes need quick turnaround; planned pages can follow a mutually agreed timeline.
• Deployment currently sits on Vercel, and the database layer uses PostgreSQL. Familiarity with Prisma or comparable ORM tooling will help.
To apply, focus on your relevant experience: live Next.js sites you maintain, examples of user profile modules you’ve built, and any database-heavy features you’ve delivered under tight budgets. Point me to repos, links, or short case studies—no full proposals necessary.
I am ready to start as soon as I find the right fit, and I’m happy to carve the first milestone immediately after we agree on a simple maintenance schedule.
