I run a small apparel shop that periodically needs client logos converted into clean, production-ready DST files. Each job comes in at medium size—roughly 4–6 inches—and can land on anything from cotton polos to tough polyester caps, so a balanced stitch count and solid underlay strategy are essential.

Turnaround is usually a couple of days, but I value quality over speed; trims kept to a minimum, no thread breaks when I test-run on my brother and colours sequenced logically. Because these orders arrive sporadically, I’d like to build a steady relationship with one digitizer who can keep my settings and preferences on file and deliver consistent results every time.

Deliverables for each project:
• DST file optimised for multi-head machines
• Thread/colour sequence sheet (PDF or JPG)
• Any notes on hooping or tension if the fabric choice calls for it

If that workflow fits your skill set, let’s start with a test logo and see how smoothly we can collaborate.
