Ongoing FortiGate VPN Support and Troubleshooting

FortiGate VPN Expert Needed for Ongoing Troubleshooting & Stability Support
We are using FortiGate VPN to connect our Canada and India operations.
Users in India connect through the VPN to computers located in our Canada office. The VPN is generally working, but it occasionally disconnects while users are actively working.
When this happens, users lose access to their remote computers and cannot continue working until the connection is restored.
We are looking for an experienced FortiGate / Fortinet specialist who can:
• Troubleshoot VPN disconnections
• Respond quickly when connectivity issues occur
• Review FortiGate and VPN configuration
• Analyze logs and connection errors
• Identify the root cause of intermittent VPN drops
• Investigate latency, packet loss, routing, firewall, NAT, timeout, or ISP-related issues
• Improve VPN reliability and stability
• Recommend configuration or network improvements
• Provide ongoing technical support when required
We want someone who can do more than simply reconnect the VPN. The goal is to identify and resolve the underlying cause and provide a stable long-term solution.
