We are looking for a reliable partner who can keep the news section fresh with one well-crafted and professional article each week. All pieces will revolve around company updates - I will supply the exact topic or brief every Monday (or so).
Your flow will be straightforward: draft the article, refine it with my feedback until approved, then publish it in the CMS with a proper headline, meta description, tags and a media that our company has. Basic on-page SEO (H1/H2 use, internal links, alt text) is expected so the post is ready for promotion the moment it goes live.
To help me choose the right person, send a detailed project proposal that outlines:
• how you approach corporate-tone copywriting and revision
• any tools you use for grammar, style or SEO optimisation
• your process for sourcing compliant images and scheduling posts
This is a long-term engagement, so consistency, clear communication and the ability to hit weekly deadlines are key. If you can take ownership of the complete write-approve-publish cycle, I’d like to hear your plan.
