This is a custom-built classified-ads portal and I need an extra set of expert eyes to keep quality on track while the build is still in motion. Your task is to own the test documentation, run regular rounds of hands-on QA, and fine-tune the backend settings as new modules are pushed. Provide feedback on the update scope etc

Scope
• Draft and maintain a living test plan that drills into functionality and performance.
• Execute those cases on every new release, logging anything that breaks or slows the site.
• Reconfigure admin settings to sync with the mobile and desktop version.
• Give clear, actionable notes on the user interface, with special attention to overall ease of navigation and step-by-step task completion.
• Feed back concise reports so the devs can jump straight to the root cause.

The spotlight is firmly on Functionality, Performance and UI. Security testing is handled elsewhere, so you can stay laser-focused on user-facing flow and speed.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Initial test plan and checklist covering desktop & mobile.
2. Weekly QA reports with reproducible steps, screenshots or Loom links.
3. Change log of every backend tweak you apply.
4. UI/UX findings summarised after each sprint.

I work iteratively: we jump on a quick call to walk through requirements, you test, document, adjust, and we rinse and repeat. Tools are flexible—use whichever browser stacks, load-testing scripts or screen-capture utilities help you surface issues fast.

If you thrive on structured testing and appreciate a clean, intuitive user journey, I’m ready to get you access to the staging server and start our first cycle.
