Ongoing Civil Engineering Support

I’m putting together a small, dependable team for long-term civil engineering work and would like to add an experienced civil engineer who can jump in whenever a new assignment comes up. The projects vary—sometimes I need full building or structural concepts refined, other times it’s drainage layouts, earth-work calculations, or simply clear construction drawings that a contractor can price immediately.

Because the workload shifts week to week, I’m looking for someone comfortable moving between design development, quantity take-offs, and concise technical memos or inspection notes. Proficiency with typical design tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural analysis software is important, and GIS skills are a plus when we tackle larger land-development packages.

For each task I’ll outline:
• A brief scope and background information
• The specific deliverables (drawings, spreadsheets, short report, etc.)
• A target turnaround time
