Ongoing Blender Animation Partnership

I’m putting together a small remote team of reliable 3D artists who can take recurring briefs and turn them into polished animations created exclusively in Blender. Each assignment will arrive with storyboards, reference footage, and a clear turnaround schedule; your job is to translate that direction into expressive motion, clean lighting, and final renders ready for use online and in video edits.
Because this is an ongoing collaboration, consistency and communication matter as much as artistic flair. You should already be comfortable with the full Blender pipeline—modeling, rigging, animation, shading, lighting, compositing, and output to common formats such as MP4 or image sequences. If you also know how to optimize scenes for faster render times while maintaining quality, that’s a big plus.
Typical workflow
• You receive the brief and clarify any grey areas with me right away.
• You share low-res playblasts or viewport previews for approval before committing to full renders.
• After sign-off, you deliver the final high-res animation along with the .blend file and any baked caches so revisions remain possible in-house.
I’m looking for artists who can consistently hit deadlines, keep file structures tidy, and iterate quickly when feedback comes in. Please include a link to your best Blender-based animation reel and note the average turnaround you can offer for a one-minute sequence. If everything lines up, we’ll start with a paid test task and grow the collaboration from there.
