Ongoing ADP Payroll Processing

I’m looking for a reliable accountant or bookkeeper to take full ownership of my company’s payroll. All wages are already entered through ADP, so you’ll be working directly in that platform each pay period to:

• verify hours and deductions
• process and submit payroll on schedule
• reconcile ADP reports with our internal records
• handle quarterly and year-end filings that flow out of ADP

Experience running payroll inside ADP is the key qualification I’m screening for, so please highlight the volume of employees you’ve managed, any multi-state setups, and how you monitor compliance. If you hold a current bookkeeping or accounting certification, feel free to mention it as well.

I’ll share access to ADP after we sign an NDA, and the first cycle will serve as a short paid trial. Looking forward to keeping payroll painless together.
