I’m setting up an hourly engagement for a skilled 3D artist who can move fluidly between product-vis shots, game-ready assets, and architectural walkthrough elements. On any given day I may need a perfectly lit product hero, a low-poly yet striking prop for Unity, or a photoreal exterior scene—all with matching visual language so our wider team can drop the files straight into their pipelines.

The core expectations are clear:
• High detail and realism where the brief calls for it
• Models and textures that stay performant once inside game engines or real-time viewers
• File delivery compatible with the major DCC tools we already use (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Unreal/Unity import formats)

Because this is an hourly project, tasks will come in sprints: I’ll share reference boards, poly/texture budgets, and any engine-specific constraints at the start of each block. You log hours as you go, push works-in-progress to our Git-LFS repo or synced drive, and we’ll review on short video calls for feedback and approvals.

If you’re comfortable pivoting between still renders and animated sequences, keeping scenes organized, naming assets cleanly, and baking textures when needed, I’d love to start our first batch of hours this week.
