One-Page Website Development

I'm looking for a web designer to create a concise and aesthetic showcase website for a handmade stained glass brand.
Structure of the page:
1. First screen: Background video of the product (looped) + logo / title + quick link button to the catalog.
2. Description block: A short block about the advantages and features of the stained glass (2–3 sentences).
3. Catalog: A total of 2 products (cards with photos, short descriptions, prices, and a "Buy" button).
4. Cart and checkout: Standard pop-up cart with a form (Name, Phone, Address / delivery method).
Requirements:
Mobile device adaptation (so that the video and catalog display correctly on smartphones).
Basic setup of forms and notifications for new orders.

Website language: The website will be in English language (all texts for blocks, products, and descriptions will be provided in English).
Payment (Stripe): The page needs to connect and set up payment acceptance through Stripe (for Visa/Mastercard cards, Apple Pay, etc.).
Domain: I already have my own domain. Please advise what DNS records I need to set up, or I can provide access for you to link it to the site and enable the SSL certificate.
